Track Your Delivery

Welcome to the Tracking Your Delivery page. Lastman’s Bad Boy is the only major furniture retailer in the GTA, London and Kitchener employing state-of-the-art technology to allow customers to go on the Internet to get a delivery window or timeframe.

This service can only be utilized after 9:00 A.M. on your actual delivery date as our routing system is updated for that day just prior to this time. The time window for deliveries scheduled for Saturday is available from Friday night after 9.00 P.M. You cannot access this information for afternoon or evening deliveries; contact our Delivery Department for further information.

To get your delivery time window enter the complete Sales Bill number, which consists of the letter and six-digit number, located in the bottom right-hand corner of your yellow copy. Please DO NOT leave any spaces between the letter(s) and the numbers. See the sample sales bill to the right; here you would enter F080250. Once you’ve entered the number click on “GO” and you will be taken to a new screen that will display a time window in which you can expect your delivery.
